Dani McLean

Transit Equity Specialist at Regional Transportation District

Dani McLean serves as a Transit Equity Specialist at RTD since March 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating language access, analyzing transit equity, and fostering community partnerships. Prior experience includes roles at the Colorado Department of Transportation as a Transit Equity and Innovative Mobility Fellow, where a research project on gender equity in public transit was designed, and contributions to the agency's greenhouse gas emissions report were made. As a Circular Economy Fellow at Boulder County, a food waste recovery toolkit was developed, while experiences at Community Food Share involved significant advancements in digital marketing strategies. Earlier roles included co-founding Infinity Goods, recognized for its innovative approach to reducing plastic waste, and various positions in content development, event coordination, and outreach initiatives across several organizations. Dani holds a Master of the Environment degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Denver, complemented by studies at Sciences Po Rennes.
