Kirk Strand

Kirk Strand is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Engineering Services Manager at RTD since February 2002, Kirk has also held the position of Sr. Civil Engineer, Trackwork. Prior to this role, Kirk worked as a Project Engineer at TranSystems from September 1996 to February 2002. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, earned between 1992 and 1996. Additionally, Kirk completed secondary education at Cherry Creek High School.
