Mandi Ruud Singleton

Mandi Ruud Singleton is a Learning and Training Specialist at RTD, responsible for designing and delivering training materials for 3,000 employees and leading the redesign of the Leadership Academy coursework. Prior experience includes serving as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University of Denver, teaching science and math courses, and coaching adjunct faculty on best practices in higher education. Mandi also held the position of Dean/Instructional Coach/Coordinator at Aurora Public Schools, where evaluation and coaching of teachers took place, along with implementing restorative practices. Earlier roles include a STEM Educator at Adams 12 Five Star Schools and a Math/Science Teacher at St. James Public Schools. Mandi holds advanced degrees in Educational Leadership and Policy, Education, and Elementary Education, Mathematics, and Science from various institutions including Colorado State University and Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
