Rose Poelma

Rose Poelma is an experienced program and project management professional with a robust history in establishing and enhancing Project Management Offices (PMOs) across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of the Program Management Office at RTD since May 2021, Rose Poelma has effectively defined and implemented an enterprise PMO. Prior roles at Westerra Credit Union included Project Portfolio and Delivery Manager, where Rose Poelma designed an enterprise-level PMO while managing IT security compliance and audit activities. Earlier experience as IT Director at 5280 Solutions LLC and Nelnet Inc. involved leading audit compliance initiatives and managing project portfolios to boost operational efficiency. Rose Poelma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern Colorado.
