Samantha Loucks

Samantha Loucks, P.E. is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in quality oversight and project management. Currently serving as the Quality Oversight Manager at RTD since February 2014, Samantha has previously held the position of Special Projects Coordinator at Croy Engineering from March 2007 to December 2013. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Engineer at HNTB and as a Transportation Engineer Associate at the Georgia Department of Transportation. Samantha began her engineering career at ERM: Environmental Resources Management as an Engineer. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Miami University.
