Isaiah Brooks

Isaiah Brooks has worked as an IT engineer and support specialist at the South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority since January 2023. Prior to that, they were an Information Technology Help Desk at the same company from October 2021. In 2022, Isaiah worked as an Information Technology Field Technician at Lannan Technologies, LLC. Lastly, they were a Shift Manager at McDonald's from July 2017 to June 2022.

Isaiah Brooks attended Southern Connecticut State University from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. In addition to their degree, Isaiah has obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they received a certification as a Dataiku Core Designer from Dataiku. In October 2022, they obtained the AZ-900T00 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, followed by the AZ-104T00 Microsoft Azure Administrator certification in November 2022, also from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.
