Premjith (Prem) Singh leads the RWA’s technology and digital roadmap, and oversees the Customer Service function and the development of innovative solutions to improve the customer experience. He also leads operational technology areas such as Critical National Infrastructure (CNI), cybersecurity, as well as process improvement, business transformation, strategic planning and the RWA's PipeSafe protection programs.

Prem previously served as the RWA's Vice President and Chief Information and Digital Officer. Prem has significant expertise in helping companies develop innovative, agile digital solutions that transform their business and allow them to better meet the needs and expectations of customers. Before joining the RWA, Prem worked at National Grid, where he served as chief information officer and vice president of information technology, leading technology innovation, business transformation and digital integration for the global organization, in addition to creating a Transformation Office focused on organizational change and strategic design.

Prior to National Grid, Prem served in various technology and business transformation leadership roles at Avangrid/UIL Holdings Corporation. There he led information technology consolidation of various applications and products to one SAP solution, transformed critical business processes for efficiency and productivity, and successfully implemented a myriad of SAP new dimension products.

Prem has a bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering from the University of Madras in India, and a master’s degree in management of technology from Fairfield University in Connecticut.
