Regional Youth Cooperation Office - RYCO
Bojana Lalatovic currently serves as a Program Coordinator for the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) since September 2019, focusing on the Western Balkans School Exchange Scheme aimed at fostering peacebuilding and intercultural dialogue. Bojana has held pivotal roles within RYCO, including Program Officer and Program Assistant, contributing to significant multi-donor projects supported by the European Union and the UN Peacebuilding Fund. Additionally, Bojana is an Ambassador for the Council of Europe's "Black the Hatred. Share the love" project, promoting human rights education and combating hate speech, and a Young European Ambassador for the EU Regional Communication Programme for the Western Balkans. Bojana's earlier experience includes being an Associate at The Balkan Forum and a Trainee at the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Bojana's educational background includes a Master's degree in European Integration from the University of Belgrade and postgraduate studies in International Relations, with ongoing doctoral research in International Law and Legal Studies.

Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) is an independently functioning institutional mechanism, founded by the Western Balkans 6 participants (WB 6): Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia, aiming to promote the spirit of reconciliation and cooperation between the youth in the region through youth exchange programs.
