Nelitana Pacrami is a finance and administration professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Finance and Administration Officer at the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) since January 2023, overseeing project expenditures, financial reporting, and compliance with donor procedures for the Western Balkans Youth Cultural Fund. Previous roles include Financial Accountant at ERZENI SH Shpk and ALBTIEFBAU Shpk, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting, transaction registration, and payroll management. Nelitana began the professional journey as an Assistant Accountant and Accounting Intern, and holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor's degree from Universiteti i Shkodrës 'Luigj Gurakuqi'.

Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) is an independently functioning institutional mechanism, founded by the Western Balkans 6 participants (WB 6): Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia, aiming to promote the spirit of reconciliation and cooperation between the youth in the region through youth exchange programs.
