Ramadan Sokoli is a Local Program Officer at the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) since September 2019, specializing in program implementation and reporting in alignment with the organization's Strategic Plan and funded projects by the UN PBF and EU. In an earlier role as a Researcher for the Kosovo Women's Network, Ramadan coordinated research teams and contributed to significant reports addressing domestic violence and sexual harassment. Ramadan holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Prishtina, obtained between 2013 and 2016.

Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) is an independently functioning institutional mechanism, founded by the Western Balkans 6 participants (WB 6): Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia, aiming to promote the spirit of reconciliation and cooperation between the youth in the region through youth exchange programs.
