Leonardo Borselli

Leonardo Borselli has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and data protection. Leonardo started their career at the Università di Siena in 1995 as a Professor until 1998. From there, they joined Regione Toscana as an Information Technology Manager in September 1998. Leonardo then took on the role of Data Protection Officer from July 2020 to July 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Information Security Officer at Regione Toscana starting from July 2021.

Leonardo Borselli completed a Bachelor's degree in Electromagnetics at the Università degli Studi di Firenze from 1985 to 1992. Leonardo then pursued a Ph.D. in computer engineering and telecommunications at the same institution from 1992 to 1995. Following this, Leonardo obtained a Post Doctorate degree in Electromagnetics at the Università degli Studi di Siena from 1995 to 1998.
