Anycé Natera

Anycé Natera has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Anycé began their career as a Human Resources Intern at C.V.G. Venalum in 1995. Anycé then worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Sigo S.A. from 1999 to 2000. Following this, they served as a Staffing Specialist at Halliburton from 2000 to 2008, where they were responsible for scheduling interviews, managing the applicant tracking system, and developing assessment and onboarding processes.

In 2009, Anycé took on the role of a self-employed Community Manager before transitioning to become a Human Resources External Consultant at Mauritia Consultores SA from 2010 to 2016. During this time, they provided HR consulting services.

Anycé then worked as an English Teacher at IMEIN from 2013 to 2018 before joining Macy's as a Seasonal Customer Service Associate in 2018. In the same year, they also began working at Regions Security Services, Inc. as a Human Resources Specialist, handling compliance onboarding processes and data entry in HR systems.

Currently, Anycé holds the position of HR Manager at Regions Security Services, Inc. In this role, they oversee legal compliance, implements HR actions, and resolves employee disputes through conflict resolution techniques. Anycé manages various aspects of HR, including recruitment, benefits, labor relations, and terminations.

Anycé Natera completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Universidad de Oriente (VE) from 1990 to 1996. Alongside their formal education, they have obtained additional certifications throughout their career. In 2021, they obtained certifications such as "Ask questions to make Data-Driven decision" from Coursera | Google, and "Foundations: Data, Data everywhere" also from Coursera | Google. In 2020, they received a certification in "Video Interview Tips" from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in 2015, they achieved proficiency in advanced English fluency through the "Fluidez de Duolingo en inglés: Avanzado (Estimado)" certification from Duolingo.
