Anycé Natera has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Anycé began their career as a Human Resources Intern at C.V.G. Venalum in 1995. Anycé then worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Sigo S.A. from 1999 to 2000. Following this, they served as a Staffing Specialist at Halliburton from 2000 to 2008, where they were responsible for scheduling interviews, managing the applicant tracking system, and developing assessment and onboarding processes.
In 2009, Anycé took on the role of a self-employed Community Manager before transitioning to become a Human Resources External Consultant at Mauritia Consultores SA from 2010 to 2016. During this time, they provided HR consulting services.

Anycé manages various aspects of HR, including recruitment, benefits, labor relations, and terminations.

Anycé Natera completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Universidad de Oriente (VE) from 1990 to 1996. In 2021, they obtained certifications such as "Ask questions to make Data-Driven decision" from Coursera | Google, and "Foundations: Data, Data everywhere" also from Coursera | Google. Furthermore, in 2015, they achieved proficiency in advanced English fluency through the "Fluidez de Duolingo en inglés: Avanzado (Estimado)" certification from Duolingo.
