Caitlin O'Neal

Caitlin O'Neal has extensive experience in risk management and IT at prominent financial institutions, notably serving as Head of IT and Data Risk Management at Regions Bank from July 2015 to July 2023. Previously, O'Neal held roles including Senior Vice President, Head of Non-Financial Risk Strategy & Programs, and Operational Risk Senior Manager at Regions Bank. Prior to this, O'Neal worked at Fifth Third Bank as Enterprise Risk Manager, Vice President, and in various financial controls positions. Early career experience includes a role as Senior Auditor at Deloitte. O'Neal earned a B.S. in Accountancy and Spanish from Miami University in May 2005.
