Charlie Norton, CPM, is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in corporate real estate transactions. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at Regions Bank since November 2025, Charlie specializes in negotiating property acquisitions, dispositions, and managing critical real estate projects. Prior to this role, Charlie held the position of Vice President of Transaction Services Group at Harbert Realty Services from October 2012 to October 2025, contributing to leasing, brokerage, sales, and tenant representation. Earlier career experience includes property management and assistant property management roles at Colonial Properties Trust, enhancing expertise in managing premier residential communities. Charlie holds a degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from The University of Alabama.
