Marla Tuchinsky is a consultant, educator, coach, and writer, currently serving as a Vice President of Learning & Development at Regions Bank and a faculty member at Duke University's School of Medicine. As the Principal at Ten Springs Consulting, Marla partners with clients to enhance business capability development through innovative learning experiences and leadership coaching, particularly in the Health Care/Pharma sector. With extensive experience in the tech industry as a Learning & Development leader, Marla has worked in over 25 countries and received an Excellence in Teaching award from Duke. Marla holds degrees from Stanford University and is pursuing a PhD at Duke University.
