Rick Milliken

Rick Milliken is a seasoned cybersecurity professional currently serving as VP, Cybersecurity Engineer at Regions Bank since February 2025. Previously, Rick worked at AT&T for over 17 years in various roles, including Expert-Cybersecurity, where data science and machine learning were leveraged to mitigate enterprise risk, and Principal-Technology Security, where Rick successfully enhanced the corporation's security posture through diverse security initiatives. Additionally, Rick led the User Access Management program as Sr. Technical Team Lead, assessing security risks across multiple systems. Rick holds a Master of Science in Applied Computational Mathematics and Statistics, Data Science from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Information Security from Athens State University.
