Paul Baulch

Paul Baulch has extensive experience in development management within the aged care and community sectors. Currently serving as General Manager Development at Regis Aged Care since July 2011, Paul has previously held the role of Senior Development Manager at both Regis Aged Care and Lendlease from June 2008 to June 2011. Additionally, Paul gained experience as a Business Development Manager at Babcock and Brown Communities from February 2007 to June 2008. Paul Baulch holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Town Planning from RMIT University, completed from 1997 to 2001.
