Debra MacGregor

Debra MacGregor, MHA, MSN, RN, is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as a Per Diem ER Registered Nurse at MetroWest Medical Center since December 2022. With a diverse background in nursing education and clinical practice, Debra has held roles as Director of Clinical Coordination and Clinical Instructor at Regis College since August 2015, along with tutoring BSN students in nursing courses. Earlier experience includes multiple positions at MetroWest Medical Center from 1989 to 2019, including ER staff nurse and Operations Coordinator for the Emergency Department. Debra has also worked as a substitute nurse with Ashland Public Schools, a Per Diem School Nurse in Oxford, and held various roles in nursing education and healthcare support. Debra's extensive education includes a Master's Degree in Nursing Leadership & Health Informatics from Regis College and a Master of Health Administration from Framingham State University, with ongoing doctoral studies in Nursing Practice at Regis College.
