Joan D. Sullivan

Serving at Regis since 1987, Joan D. Sullivan has over 36 years of progressive experience in human resources management. She oversees employment, benefits administration, and employee relations. She has consistently expanded Regis’ Human Resources policies, services and faculty and staff benefits programs. A Regis College graduate dedicated to professional development throughout her HR career, Joan is active in the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources, the West of Boston Human Resources Consortium, Educators Health, and serves as member of an Executive Advisory Council at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. At Regis Joan serves as Chair of the Directors’ and Deans’ Council; she has chaired NEASC standard committees, managed Presidential Search Committee processes on behalf of the Regis College Board of Trustees, and has assisted employees in all levels of the organization with their careers and ongoing professional growth and development.
