Michael O'Keefe is the AVP of Auxiliary & Business Services at Regis College. Michael has over 30 years of experience in leadership positions.

O'Keefe began their career as a Deputy Inspector for the New York City Police Department. Michael served in this role for 20 years before moving on to the United States Army Reserve, where they served as a Major for 13 years. O'Keefe was responsible for leading 100+ soldiers and managed a budget of over $3 million. Michael was highly decorated during their time in the Army, receiving accolades for their leadership and organizational skills.

After their time in the military, O'Keefe transitioned to academia and took on the role of Executive Director of Operations and Risk Management at Mount Saint Mary College. Michael served in this role for 12 years before taking their current position at Regis College. In their current role, O'Keefe is responsible for Auxiliary & Business Services at Regis College.

Michael O'Keefe has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Marist College and a B.S. in Mathematics from Siena College.

Michael O'Keefe reports to Antoinette Hays, President. They are on a team with Kathryn Edney - Associate Provost, Institutional Assessment Accreditation & Research, Kelly Brochu - Assistant to the President for Special Projects, and Kate S. Korzendorfer - VP, Information Technology & CIO.
