Rachel Koransky-Matson

Rachel Koransky-Matson is a Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in various healthcare roles. Currently serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner at LifeMD and the owner-operator of Navigating Wellness Primary Care since December 2022, Rachel leads a boutique hybrid primary care and endocrinology practice focused on client health and wellness. Additionally, Rachel holds the position of FNP Online Clinical Coordinator and Faculty Member at Regis College and previously worked as a Diabetic Nurse Practitioner at Northern Light Health. Rachel has held leadership positions in academic settings, including serving as Chair and Lead Faculty for the FNP Program at Franklin University. With a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Master of Science in Family Practice Nursing from Frontier Nursing University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Remington College, Rachel is well-equipped with strong clinical and educational expertise.
