Scott Hiller

Scott Hiller is currently the Associate Director of Financial Aid Systems & Operations at Regis College, where responsibilities include leading a team, managing financial aid CRM software, and overseeing communications with students and families. With extensive experience in student financial services, Scott has held various positions such as Manager of Operations for Student Financial Services at Emmanuel College, where oversight of daily operations, coordination with IT, and liaison responsibilities were key. Scott began a career in financial aid at Quincy College and has progressively taken on roles with increasing responsibility, including leadership positions with significant involvement in policy development, customer service, and staff training. Scott holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Roger Williams University.
