Ameli Padron, PHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various roles within human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive and Director of HR and Employee Relations at Regis HR Group since 2011, Ameli also operates as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for Jockel-Padron International, LLC, focusing on multiple industries including Banking, Financial Services, Real Estate, and Hospitality since 2008. Previous experience includes positions as a Human Resources Officer at Caixanova Miami Branch, an HR Generalist at ADP TotalSource, and a Client Service Representative at Vincam Human Resources. Ameli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Boston College's Carroll School of Management, earned between 1993 and 1997.
