Adam Kijowski has extensive experience in the meat processing industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Since March 2001, Adam has been serving as a Technologist in the Research and Development Department at Regis Sp. z o.o., focusing on testing functional and flavoring agents, developing new recipes, creating innovative products, and preparing documentation for technological processes. Prior to this role, Adam held the position of Production Deputy Director at B.B.A. Ltd from November 1998 to February 2001 and worked as a Technologist and Production Master at Zakłady Mięsne "MIĘSTAR" from October 1997 to October 1998. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Meat Processing Technology from Akademia Rolnicza w Krakowie and an Engineer degree in Food Technology and Human Nutrition from the same institution.
