Kenny Crawford is responsible for RoS’s commercial strategy including all customer service products and provision, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
He is also heavily involved in Registers of Scotland’s digital transformation project aimed at improving the overall customer experience and helping to deliver on its ‘fully digital by 2020’ vision.
Kenny has over 20 years' experience of business development within the public and private sector and creating business networks.
Over his career, he has worked in a number of government departments and agencies including assignments in Private Office in London, providing support to departmental Secretaries of State. Prior to joining Registers of Scotland, Kenny was Head of Sales and Marketing for the Travel Trade at Historic Scotland.
