Laura McGibbon

Laura McGibbon's work experience includes roles in various HR-related positions. Laura started as an Operations Manager Trainee at GIST in 2008, then moved on to Standard Life Investments where they held positions such as HR Graduate Trainee, People Consultant, and Business Partner from 2010 to 2018. Laura then worked as a People Business Partner at Scottish Water from 2018 to 2019 before becoming the Head of Talent and Enablement at Registers of Scotland in 2019.

Laura McGibbon completed a Bachelor of Arts in French with Spanish from the University of Glasgow in 2006. Laura then pursued a Master of Science in Management at the same university from 2007 to 2008. Lastly, they attained a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University from 2011 to 2013.
