Debi Srdoc

Debi Srdoc is the current CFO at Registria. Debi has also previously served as the CFO at IQNavigator from July 2009 to January 2015. During their time at IQNavigator, they were a strategic and collaborative member of the executive team overseeing the Finance and Accounting organizations. Debi was responsible for all external reporting and financial compliance, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and tax management. Some key initiatives that they were involved in include overseeing the due diligence, negotiations and sale of the Company's Managed Services Provider (MSP) division to GRI, Inc. as well as being involved in the acquisition and integration of ProcureStaff, Inc. a New York based VMS provider. In addition, they implemented a rolling 18-month forecast and cash flow model to ensure focus on management of cash funding needs with the revenue growth and upfront capital requirements to on-board customers. Furthermore, they provided guidance in the restructuring of the Technology, Customer Support and Sales & Marketing organizations during 2014.

Debi Srdoc has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bryant University and is certified by the State of Colorado as a CPA.

They work with Alison Parr - SVP, Consumer Durables & Electronics, Matt Parsons - COO, and Heather Wilkerson - SVP, Marketing. Their manager is Collin Cohen, Co-CEO.
