Matt Parsons

Matt Parsons is the Chief Customer Officer at Registria. Matt has over 15 years of experience in customer success and operations management.

Parsons began their career at PowerReviews in 2006 as a VP of Client Success. Matt was part of the team that was acquired by Bazaarvoice in 2012 for $168M. Post-acquisition, they became a part of the Bazaarvoice Leadership Team, managing the Client Success team responsible for client success, renewals, implementation, professional services and technical support. In August 2013, they moved into a new role at Bazaarvoice managing the U.S. software Implementation team. Matt was responsible for the worldwide revenue forecast for >1,000 projects launched annually, and U.S. team utilization, capacity, quality assurance, outsourced resources, and Professional Services.

In 2014, Parsons returned to PowerReviews as the Chief Customer Officer. Matt held this position until 2016 when they joined Registria.

Parsons received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Stanford University in California.

Matt Parsons reports to Collin Cohen, Co-CEO. Matt Parsons works with Debi Srdoc - CFO, Vipin Hegde - CTO & SVP, Engineering, and Alison Parr - SVP, Consumer Durables & Electronics.
