Vipin Hegde

Vipin Hegde is the current CTO and SVP of Engineering at Registria. Vipin has also held the position of interim CTO at Handsfree Learning, where they were responsible for architecting and developing the initial version of the technology platform. Vipin has extensive experience in building highly-scalable and highly-available mission-critical systems. Prior to their work at Registria and Handsfree Learning, Vipin served as the Vice President of Engineering at Marble Security, Inc. (later acquired by ProofPoint). At Marble Security, Vipin worked directly with executive staff to set strategic direction and helped define product roadmaps. Vipin also built up entire engineering teams from scratch, as well as expanding existing teams across multiple platforms and skill-sets.

Vipin Hegde has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology. Vipin also has an SSC in Science from Loyola High School. In addition, they are a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance and a certified Microsoft Certified (MCP/MCSD/MCSE/MCDBA), Oracle Certified DBA in 8i/9i/10G, and Zend Certified PHP Developer (for PHP 4.x as well as 5.x).

They are on a team with Debi Srdoc - CFO, Heather Wilkerson - SVP, Marketing, and Matt Parsons - COO. Vipin Hegde reports to Collin Cohen, Co-CEO.
