Abby Burgess Maness

Abby Burgess Maness is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in administrative support and data management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist II at Registry Partners since March 2020, Abby previously held the role of Human Resources Generalist at Chandler Concrete Company, Inc. from July 2018 to March 2020. Abby's early career includes significant experience as a Legal Assistant at the Alamance County District Attorney’s Office, where responsibilities included managing statistical data, coordinating victim and witness programs, and maintaining effective communication with diverse individuals. Abby also served as HR Assistant/City Clerk for the City of Graham, processing payroll for over 200 employees. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
