Rhia Mandi Kraushaar Ctr

Mandi Kraushaar, RHIA, CTR has diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Mandi worked at Registry Partners from 2014 to present, starting as a Project CTR and progressing to Project Manager/Quality Manager, Project Director, and currently serving as Vice President of Registry Operations. In 2016, they also served as the Cancer Registry Director at Advocate Health Care. Prior to that, they held roles at Franciscan St. Francis Health as Tumor Registrar and Tumor Registry Quality Coordinator from 2012 to 2014. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Data Analyst at Community Health Network, where they created reports, manipulated data, compiled financial reports, and provided training to practice managers. Mandi began their career as a Health Information Management Intern at Howard Regional Health System from 2010 to 2011.

Mandi Kraushaar, RHIA, CTR, completed their education at Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health Information/Medical Records Administration/Administrator in 2011. Prior to that, they also participated in the Semester at Sea program in 2009. In addition to their degrees, Mandi has obtained certifications in Management Fundamentals Online from McLean & Company in August 2022, as well as as a Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) from NCRA in September 2013 and Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) from AHIMA in August 2011.
