Hugo Hills has extensive work experience in software engineering. Hugo started their career at Ricardo in 2000, where they worked as a Software Engineer for five years. After that, they joined vielife as a Software Engineer and worked there until 2007. Following this, they joined Truphone as a Senior Software Engineer from 2008 to 2011. Hugo then joined Goldman Sachs as an Associate in Fixed Income Rates Technology from 2011 to 2014. After that, they were promoted to Executive Director, Systematic Market Making Engineering at Goldman Sachs and held this role until 2018. In 2018, Hugo joined REGnosys as a Senior Software Engineer.
