Latia Blair

Project Coordinator at ReGreen

Latia Blair started their work experience as a Childcare Provider in 2008, where they were responsible for children aged one to five, planning daily activities and outings. In 2009, they became a Restaurant Server at Upper Crust Trattoria, where they handled customer orders, trained new employees, and managed opening and closing procedures.

In 2012, Blair joined Tidal Influence as an Intern, before progressing to the role of Research Monitoring Assistant. In this position, they provided leadership at habitat restoration events, managed the nursery, and oversaw interns to ensure participant safety during restoration events and tours. Latia then became the Restoration Programs Manager, organizing habitat restoration events and public education programs, and managing the nursery growing space.

In 2018, Blair joined ReGreen as a Project Coordinator, where they managed the office, coordinated employee schedules, and handled administrative tasks such as answering phones and stocking office supplies. Latia also managed multiple lighting installation projects from contract signing to closeout, regularly updating project schedules and invoicing throughout the duration of each project.

Latia Blair holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography, which they obtained from California State University, Long Beach, from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Cuesta College from 2008 to 2012, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Math and Sciences.
