Tatiana Fedorova is a Partner at RosExpert. She joined the RosExpert team in 2011 as a Senior Consultant of the Leadership Development Practice, and in March 2016 became a Partner of the company, leading the Consumer Products, Retail and Digital Practice.

For 15 years, she held leading positions in personnel management of the largest Russian and international companies in IT and telecommunications, production and distribution, business education, including the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO.

She is a certified consultant on the methods and tools for assessing and developing leadership of Korn Ferry.
