Sergey Zaitsev

Sergey Zaitsev joined RosExpert team in 2018. As a partner in the Consumer Products, Retail and Digital Practice, he leads projects for building effective and successful teams in companies in the consumer sector, retail, and e-commerce . He considers that an important component of a successful project is the opening of new opportunities to be realized professionally and personally to its participants - both applicants for new positions and employees of the client companies.

Prior to joining RosExpert, he developed careers in two of the largest global companies in the consumer sector - in the commercial function and later in HR and organizational development. Having started his career in 1994 as a sales representative, he worked his way up to the level of a regional director, in charge of business in several regions of Russia, having a team of more than 1,500 subordinates. Then he continued his career in personnel management in the Russian division of an international company with more than 5 thousand employees, his own production base and logistics network. He headed the corporate university.

Sergey graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (now the National Research Nuclear University).
