Rohina Batra

Rohina Batra is the Founder and Director of CFO Plus, a financial advisory firm specializing in outsourced finance functions for tech start-ups. Rohina provides a range of services, including bookkeeping, accounts preparation, tax compliance, and strategy development.

In 2018, Batra became the CFO of Regrow Ag, a digital platform that combines agronomy and soil and carbon modeling to deliver customized solutions to businesses in the agricultural supply chain.

In 2021, Batra took on the role of CFO at ENA Respiratory Pty Ltd, a position they still hold. Rohina also became the CFO of Carina Biotech in September 2021.

In 2022, Batra will take on the role of CFO at Aravax.

Prior to these roles, Batra served as CFO for Lawpath, Australia's largest online legal platform, from October 2020 to the present. Rohina was also the CFO for Hemideina from January 2019 to October 2022.

Batra's previous experience includes serving as CFO for FluroSat from March 2018 to February 2021, where they offered agricultural solutions using remote sensing technologies. Rohina also served as CFO for Livestock Labs from November 2018 to November 2020.

Additionally, Batra served as Director of Fuschia Careers from June 2014 to December 2019.

Rohina Batra's education history includes a degree in BA Economics (Hons.) from Delhi University. Rohina also completed a course in Front End Web Development at General Assembly. Additionally, they obtained a GAICD certification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, specifically the International Directors Course. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained a CA certification from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a CPA certification from CPA Australia, and a Certificate of Professional Practice (CPP) from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
