Dale H.

Dale H. has a wealth of experience in the security and compliance industry. Dale began their career in 1991 with the US Navy, where they held positions as an Information System Security Manager and Chief Information Security Officer. During this time, they were responsible for the DoD’s largest network operations center on the eastern seaboard, overseeing 12 senior managers and 500 indirect reports across five divisions. Dale also procured and installed new network infrastructure to support hospital functions, ensuring HIPPA and PHI compliance requirements, and installed a wireless communications network.

In 2017, Dale H. joined General Dynamics Information Technology as an Information System Security Officer. In this role, they developed and executed Risk Management Framework (RMF) procedures and security assessments of new technology.

In 2019, Dale H. joined CyberProof as a CyberSecurity Engineering Consultant at Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. Here, they served as SOC Manager for Ferguson Enterprises, Inc.

In 2021, Dale H. joined Eagle Harbor, LLC as a Compliance Technical Program Manager, and ECS as a Security Operations Center Manager.

Currently, Dale H. is a Customer Success Manager at RegScale, where they help organizations transition from manual, paper-based processes to continuous compliance automation software.

Dale H. is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networks and Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland, which is expected to be completed in 2022. Dale also holds certifications in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)\u00b2, IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) v4 from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
