Vincent Flanagan

Vincent Flanagan has extensive experience in the field of software engineering and management. Vincent began their career in 1998 as a Software Engineer at Presearch Incorporated, where they worked until 1999. Vincent then joined General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems as a Senior Technical Manager, where they managed teams and played a key role in the design and development of overhead sensing systems for the US Intelligence Community. In 2012, they joined PowerPlan, Inc. as a Software Engineer, specializing in building Microsoft .NET web-based software applications. Vincent then moved on to General Dynamics Mission Systems in 2014, where they worked as a Senior Technical Manager until 2016. In 2017, they joined Regulated Capital Consultants as a Consultant.

Vincent Flanagan attended the University of Maryland from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics.
