Jennifer Naughton

Jennifer Naughton, MEd, CAE, ICE-CCP, SPHR, serves as the Credentialing & PD Director for the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) since September 2021, focusing on enhancing certification programs and developing credentialing products within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. As the founder of Naughton Consulting since 2017, Jennifer leads a consulting business that specializes in credentialing and competency modeling for various industries. Prior experience includes the role of Chief Learning Officer at the Casualty Actuarial Society, where Jennifer managed substantial revenue generation and modernized certification processes. Jennifer also held leadership positions at the Association for Talent Development, Booz Allen Hamilton, and HumRRO, contributing extensive expertise in human capital development and credentialing over a distinguished career. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Education from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University.
