Joost Tulkens

Joost Tulkens has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Joost co-founded RegLab in 2017, where they support law firms, notaries, and tax advisors in complying with Anti Money Laundering legislation through the development of SaaS solutions. Joost believes that compliance processes should be efficient and customer-centric.

Prior to RegLab, Joost worked at Intertrust Group as a Commercial Director from 2013 to 2017. Joost played a key role in driving commercial strategies and overseeing business operations.

Before joining Intertrust Group, Joost worked at ATC Corporate Services as the Group Commercial Director from 2010 to 2017.

Earlier in their career, Joost held positions at Intertrust Group San Francisco as a Vice President from 2007 to 2010, Benelux Trust as a Senior Legal Counsel from 2004 to 2007, IdtV as a Jurist from 2001 to 2004, and Capra Advocaten as a Jurist from 1999 to 2000.

Overall, Joost has a strong background in legal counsel and commercial leadership in the financial and legal services industry.

Joost Tulkens attended Leiden University from 1992 to 1998, where they obtained a Master's degree in Law.
