Paul Ekoniak is currently the Senior Director of Governance & Quality at Regulus Global, where they lead initiatives focused on growth strategies and brand development. They bring a wealth of experience from roles such as Director of Partner Operations at Elevance Health and Business Change Director at Anthem, Inc., where they drove operational excellence and managed significant partnerships. Paul also served on the Board of Directors for the Combat Wounded Coalition, providing executive leadership to support the organization’s mission. With a background in the U.S. Navy as a Special Forces Medic, Paul combines military discipline with a strong foundation in international business, having earned an Associate of Science degree from Tidewater Community College.
