Carmen Spano

Carmen Spano has extensive experience in various roles, primarily within military and administrative sectors. Currently serving as an Associate Program Analyst at Regulus Group since September 2025, Carmen has also held multiple positions with the New Jersey Army National Guard since August 2017, including Human Resources Manager, READINESS NCO, and S4 Logistics NCO. Furthermore, since January 2013, Carmen has contributed as an Equal Opportunity Advisor for the US Army National Guard. Additional professional roles include Notary Public for the State of New Jersey since July 2005, Administrative Assistant at LS Technologies from February 2024 to September 2025, and Secretary III at the Federal Aviation Administration from November 2022 to February 2024.
