Michel Harel obtained a college diploma in building mechanics in 1986. The following year, he began his career at Regulvar as regional director of the Hull branch. In 1993, he founded his own automatic control solutions company, which he ran until 1997. Since then, he has helmed Regulvar Canada, overseeing the operations of the company's branches, which serve Ontario and the Outaouais region. Given his advanced computer knowledge, he also directed the IT department from 2005 to 2017. Today he supports the vice-president of Administration and Information Technology in developing technological strategies and implementing business solutions to continue growing the company.
