Susan Naftulin

Susan Naftulin is an experienced real estate mortgage professional with a background in loans to investors purchasing properties in need of rehab. Currently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at Rehab Financial Group, LP since 2009, as well as the Chief Operations Officer at Rehab Investments, L.P. since October 2008. Prior to this, Susan held various positions such as Director of Special Projects at American Financial Realty Trust, Senior Vice President and Managing Attorney at American Business Financial Services, and Buyer at Saks Fifth Avenue. Susan is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, holding a J.D., and Carnegie Mellon University, having obtained a Bachelor's degree in History and Secondary Education.
