Lanita Meadows

Lanita Meadows currently serves as the Director of Rehabilitation at Reliant Rehabilitation since May 2021 and has been a Physical Therapist Assistant at Rehab Synergies since 2016. Lanita holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Care Administration/Management from American InterContinental University, obtained between 2008 and 2011, and an Associate in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Tulsa Community College, completed in 2002. Additionally, coursework in Nursing Home Administration was completed at Tarrant County College.
