Ann Emery, PHR, has over 30 years of experience in human resources and recruitment. Since 2006, Ann has served as Manager of HR Operations and previously as a Recruiter/Generalist at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI), focusing on recruitment for all staff positions, employee relations, benefits administration, and compensation analysis. Prior to RHI, Ann worked in Nurse Recruitment at Clarian Health Partners from 1990 to 2001. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Indiana University Indianapolis and has completed studies at Ivy Tech Community College.
