Monte Spence, MHA, FACHE has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Monte served as the Chief Operating Officer at Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana since 2011. Prior to that, they were the Administrative Director at INDIANA UNIVERSITY HEALTH ARNETT HOSPITAL from 2007 to 2011. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as the Director of Revenue Cycle at Indiana University Health. Monte also gained valuable experience as a Captain in the US Army's Medical Service Corps from 1988 to 2007. Monte has held various leadership positions, including Director of Physician Practice Management at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters from 2002 to 2005 and Director of Network Operations at Scott Medical Group LLC from 1999 to 2002.
Monte Spence, MHA, FACHE obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Health Administration from Eastern Michigan University. Afterward, they pursued further education by completing a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree at Central Michigan University.
