Taylor Sajous

Taylor Sajous, LCSW, is an experienced clinical social worker with extensive expertise in patient care coordination within hospital settings. At the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago since October 2012, Taylor has held several roles, including Clinical Social Worker in both the Patient Recovery and Medically Complex Units, as well as Flex Care Manager/Clinical Social Worker. Prior to this, Taylor served as Social Work Team Leader for the Child and Adolescent Unit at Chicago Lakeshore Hospital, overseeing inpatient services and managing a team of licensed social workers and interns. Taylor's career began at Trilogy, Inc. as a Recovery Counselor, where psychotherapy and case management services were provided to a diverse adult population. Taylor earned a Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from DePaul University.
