Jen Knauss

Jen Knauss possesses over a decade of experience in care management and mental health services, currently serving as Regional Director of Care Management at Rehabilitation Support Services since September 2013, with prior leadership roles including Program Director and Program Manager. Previous experience includes serving as a Case Manager at The Center for Family and Youth and multiple research assistantships at prestigious institutions such as New York University and the NYS Office of Mental Health. Jen Knauss holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Child and Adolescent Mental Studies from New York University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Harvard University, complemented by additional educational experience at Teachers College of Columbia University.
