Martina Pianta currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at ZURZACH Care Unternehmensgruppe and Stiftung Gesundheitsförderung Bad Zurzach + Baden, leading HR teams in various functions including HRBP, Recruiting, and Talent Development. Prior experience includes a role as Head of Human Resources at Demant, where responsibilities encompassed advising senior leaders on corporate governance and managing complex HR cases. Martina’s career also includes significant roles at Credit Suisse, where leadership of HR counselors and partnership with senior management were key functions, as well as consulting for Room to Read. Educational qualifications include two CAS degrees in Prevention, Health Promotion, and Workplace Health Management from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
